Please contact webroot and inform them that my MSN Premium account is paid, active, enabled, and up to date, so I can install and use webroot. I paid for a year's subscription to MSN Premium which includes the use of webroot spy sweeper. Webroot is saying that MSN should notify them (Webroot) that I paid $59.95 for a whole year (2012 to 2013) of MSN Premium so I can get a new key code to install webroot or re-activate the old key code (SSEF-MSNI-AABS-CMZI-AVDB). I explained the problem to webroot and they referred me back to MSN. I called MSN Tech Support again and I was told to call webroot. I got the same message, 'Your subscription has expired'. I uninstalled webroot and downloaded it again.

I called MSN Tech support and I was given the instruction to 'optimize Internet Explorer'. At the end of the download and install, I get the message 'Your subscription has expired'.

When I download webroot spy sweeper from the MSN Member Center, I get the same key code (SSEF-MSNI-AABS-CMZI-AVDB). The key code that I got from them (SSEF-MSNI-AABS-CMZI-AVDB) expired in 2010. I subscribed directly from webroot in 2009.
